About Host U
Our founders are Colombian, where taking care of people is how you’re raised, not a strategy. We paired that with an obsession for real estate and built Host U around a property’s whole life: buying it, running it and filling it, all under one roof.
Every one of those is a serious decision for the person making it. Someone’s capital. Someone’s home. Someone’s vacation. We handle all three the way we’d want ours handled.

Bachelor’s in International Business, then six years at a $2B+ funded tech company — the last two years running a real estate portfolio of 150+ commercial properties across three countries. Now a licensed Florida realtor, building Host U out of Miami.
Bachelor’s in Business Management, followed by more than four years at one of South Florida’s largest short-term rental management companies, gaining hands-on experience in guest and owner relations, field operations, and process optimization. Now bringing that operational expertise to Host U.
